1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiaaa ("jiaaa," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available through the jiaaa website at jiaaa.net and any associated mobile-optimized interface (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of the jiaaa Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the jiaaa Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

jiaaa reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The jiaaa Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing participation in online gambling activities.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of your participation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jiaaa or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment service partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with jiaaa or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jiaaa strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. All players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, Philippine Driver's License (issued by LTO), UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and Philippine National ID.

If jiaaa has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the age requirement, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full identity review. If underage gambling is confirmed, jiaaa will close the account, return any deposits (less any bonuses received), and report the matter to appropriate regulatory authorities as required by law.

3 Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on jiaaa, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and contact number. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity when registering.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the jiaaa Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances. Real-money deposits may be returned at jiaaa's sole discretion following a full review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiaaa login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with any other person. All activity conducted under your account is your legal responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiaaa support immediately via the live chat or email channel listed in Section 15 of these Terms.

jiaaa reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion — including, but not limited to, cases involving incomplete KYC documentation, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.

4 Deposits & Payments

jiaaa accepts deposits from Philippine players exclusively through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions on the jiaaa Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the jiaaa cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name, matching the verified identity on file with jiaaa. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees incurred.

jiaaa does not charge additional fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party financial institutions. Deposits are typically credited to the jiaaa wallet instantly or within minutes, subject to payment provider processing times and any security review that jiaaa may conduct.

jiaaa employs SSL encryption on all transaction pages and complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Large or unusual deposit patterns may trigger an AML review, during which account activity may be temporarily restricted while the review is completed.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) to any approved Philippine payment method registered under their verified account name. jiaaa processes GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts typically within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard Philippine interbank processing windows, which may take up to one (1) business day.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's KYC identity verification must be completed and approved prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified jiaaa account holder.
• jiaaa reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the GCash account screen showing the registered mobile number and name).
• Any active bonus balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawal amount. Only real-money balance in excess of wagering-locked funds is withdrawable.
• jiaaa reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a security, fraud, or AML review.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the jiaaa cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. jiaaa does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, payment provider fees may apply and are beyond jiaaa's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jiaaa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and any other promotional credits ("Bonus Funds") are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all jiaaa bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the jiaaa Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published in the promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain high-RTP slots may carry reduced or zero contribution.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds that are not used and wagered within the time limit stated in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited from the player's account.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game is ₱500, unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cashout: Some bonus offers carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from Bonus Funds. This cap, if applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.

jiaaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, exploiting software errors, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiaaa Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) broadcast via live video stream from licensed studios. The house edge applicable to each game is inherent in the game's design and is not manipulated by jiaaa.

In the event of a technical fault, game error, disconnection, or any situation in which the outcome of a game round cannot be determined with certainty, jiaaa reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's account. jiaaa's decision in such matters is final and binding.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when participating in real-money games. jiaaa is not liable for losses arising from disconnections, interrupted sessions, or device failures on the player's side. For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognized by jiaaa's sportsbook rules. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event or market has concluded will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jiaaa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the jiaaa Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity, in violation of the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with jiaaa.
• Registering or using more than one account on jiaaa.
• Accessing the jiaaa Platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access or operate your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games or sports betting pools, to manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the jiaaa Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after a deposit has been credited to the jiaaa wallet.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the jiaaa Platform or its underlying systems.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiaaa Platform — including but not limited to the jiaaa brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to jiaaa and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiaaa Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any jiaaa content without prior written permission from jiaaa. Unauthorized use of jiaaa's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiaaa, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiaaa Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failure.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, cyberattack, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game display or score settlement that were corrected in accordance with official results.

jiaaa's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiaaa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jiaaa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of personal data collected, the purposes for which they are used, your rights as a data subject, and the measures jiaaa takes to protect your data are fully described in the jiaaa Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering for and using the jiaaa Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law. To exercise your data rights, please contact jiaaa support using the details in Section 15.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jiaaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiaaa will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — which may include a notice on the jiaaa Platform, an email to the registered account address, or a notification within the player's account dashboard.

All amendments take effect upon publication on the jiaaa website. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the jiaaa Platform and request account closure by contacting jiaaa support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a player and jiaaa, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting jiaaa's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes related to game outcomes or platform technical issues, jiaaa's internal review determination — based on server-side logs, game provider records, and applicable game rules — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory appeal mechanism.
